Pardon the construction dust, but be aware that a designated caregiver has to stay on site until we receive the city permit for drop offs. Once we receive city approval, we will notify you that you can now drop off your child. You will have to sign that off during registration.

Meet Schedule and notes: You do not have to attend meets, they are optional, and their price is not included in the class price. Please make sure you indicate on the registration form if you think you will make each meet and stay in communications with the coach about any changes to your schedule. Parents drive the child to each meet and there will be opportunity to do ride share. If the students progress to regionals or beyond, we will need to fundraise to cover travel costs for the team and to cover the coach fees.
USATF Membership: Each student athlete is required to register for USATF, at a cost of $?. The coach will provide you with a registration procedure on November 1, do not register before that.
IMPORTANT: When you register, you will need to have some information handy. Athletic participation form from your child’s pediatrician. Here’s a form just in case. You will need to be ready with emergency contact information for each child.

Price: per 10 sessions: $300/student ($275 each additional sibling). Drop-in: $35 per class if space permits - you can’t drop in for just meets. There will be 3 10-week sessions in the 2019-2020 school year, with the majority of the competitions in the spring.
The price includes: team USATF registration, 1 tee shirt, 10 practices.
The price does not include: $20 youth USATF fee. Regionals/state coach fees, travel, and meet fees. If there is an invitation, there will need to be a team or individual fundraising/sponsorship effort. Coach fee for meets which will be split amongst those that are going.
At this time, we do not have financial aid for this program.
Uniform/Supplies: A tee shirt is included and is to be worn for each practice and meet for safety. You will need to provide your child with black running/gym shorts from any brand or store and good quality running shoes, 1 size larger than their walking shoes. If your child has long hair, you may consider having a hair tie available. They will need a water bottle. You may want to provide weather-appropriate outerwear, hats, and sunglasses. Please put on sunblock before class.
